What does Cõve & Harbor Stand for?

Where is the headquarters for Cõve & Harbor located?

Cõve & Harbor is located in Charleston, SC.

How do I make sure my order arrives on time?

Allow 5 days for orders to arrive. Orders are delivered on business days only, and not over the weekend.

When will my order be shipped? We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday. If you need your order shipped the same day that you place it, please use an expedited service and we'll be sure to do our part to get you your merchandise in time.

When will my order be delivered? Once orders are processed, they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. USPS delivers Priority Mail 7 days a week in most locations. Tracking and insurance are included.

Do you ship outside the United States? No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes? Yes, simply add the P.O. Box as the shipping address.

How can I track my order? Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may be directed to your "Junk Email Folder," so be sure to add coveandharbor@outlook.com (Cõve & Harbor) to your "safe" list.

What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed? Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please email us at coveandharbor@outlook.com.

Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address? Sure; when you set up your Cõve & Harbor account, you will be able to enter separate shipping addresses, and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.

RETURN POLICY:

Full priced items with a Cõve & Harbor receipt:
- Full refund or merchandise credit within 15 days of purchase. Please be advised that the merchandise cannot be damaged, and all original tags must be attached.

Sale items with a Cõve & Harbor receipt:
- Full refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase - All goods marked as "final sale" will not be eligible for return.

Cõve & Harbor products without a receipt:
Products without a receipt can be returned for merchandise credit at the last retail value if all of the tags are still attached to the merchandise; the item is not damaged, and is still a part of the product line offering. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. Any personalized, monogrammed, or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

How to exchange merchandise by mail:
- Complete the return section on the front side of the receipt and indicate which items are being returned. Don't forget to let us know the reason for the returned item. Provide the product information for each new item you would like in the exchange form.

- If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned item(s), we will refund you the difference according to our return policies.

- If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned item(s), please include your contact information in the form so we can contact you regarding proper form of payment.

- Take note of the tracking number for your records, so that you can track your shipment's progress.

- Please allow 30 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
